House rules & policies

• Weekday stay: Sunday to Wednesday.
• Weekend stay: Thursday to Saturday.
• Check-in: 12:00 PM on the first day.
• Check-out: 3:00 PM on the last day.
• Please bring the booking confirmation and a valid civil ID or passport.

• The chalet is rented to one family per stay.
• Check-in is from 12:00 PM on the first day; check-out is by 3:00 PM on the last day.
• Please keep noise down after midnight out of respect for our neighbours.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the sea.
• Pets are not allowed unless agreed with us in advance.
• Please keep the chalet and beach clean and use the bins provided.
• Report any damage or breakage to us straight away.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

A refundable security deposit of 100 KWD is charged together with the rent.

After check-out we inspect the chalet:

• If nothing is damaged or missing, the full deposit is refunded to your original payment method.
• If something is damaged or missing, we deduct the cost of repair or replacement and refund the rest. We will tell you the amount and the reason in writing.

Refunds are issued after inspection and usually reach your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

• 7 days or more before check-in: full refund of the rent and deposit.
• 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% of the rent is refunded, plus the full deposit.
• Less than 3 days before check-in: the rent is non-refundable; the deposit is refunded in full.
