Which stays can I book?
We rent in fixed stays: weekdays from Sunday to Wednesday for 300 KWD, and weekends from Thursday to Saturday for 400 KWD.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 12:00 PM on the first day and check-out is at 3:00 PM on the last day.
How much is the deposit and when is it refunded?
A refundable deposit of 100 KWD is paid with the rent. We inspect the chalet after check-out and refund it in full if nothing is damaged or missing.
How do I pay?
You pay securely online through Tap Payments. The payment covers the rent and the deposit together.
Is the chalet shared?
No. Each stay is for one family only.
Why do you verify my email and phone?
So that your confirmation reaches you and your booking stays protected.
How can I look up my booking?
Open “My booking”, enter your booking reference, and we will send a code to the phone on the booking.
